One-on.-one coaching meets in-person at an agreed upon neutral location or virtually through a video-conferencing service. Meetings are scheduled bi-weekly on a day / time agreed upon by coach and client. Group Coaching happens virtually between small groups of like-minded / same-season-of-life individuals once a week at an agreed upon time.
