Six Bi-Weekly "Momentum" Coaching Calls (45 Mins) Every two weeks, we’ll meet to refine your plan, troubleshoot obstacles, and celebrate the shifts you’re feeling. These calls keep you accountable and focused.
The "Thrive Blueprint" (Digital Guide) A custom-to-you PDF summary of our first session, including your personalized nutrition pillars, movement goals, and a "stress-rescue" toolkit.
Weekly "Habit Tracker" Access I’ll provide a simple, digital way for us to track your 3-5 non-negotiable daily habits (like hydration, morning sunlight, or breathwork) so we can see your progress in real-time.
The "Kitchen Cleanse" Pantry Guide + Gentle Reintroduction Strategy A curated list of wholistic staples to swap into your pantry to reduce inflammation and fuel your recovery journey. A guided reintroduction framework so you can confidently add foods back in without fear, guilt, or confusion.
Priority Support via your personal Health Portal Quick access to me for those "Wait, can I eat this?” or “I’m struggling with” or “Hey I’m doing it" moments between our scheduled sessions. Integrative Nutrition Health Coaches focus on the relationship between food and lifestyle and how they each affect health. They also support clients with primary food, or the things that nourish us off the plate. These lifestyle factors, including relationships, sleep, creativity, and joy, are essential for optimizing multidimensional health.

We meet in-person at an agreed upon neutral location or virtually through a video-conferencing service. Meetings are scheduled bi-weekly on a day / time agreed upon by coach and client.
